As Greve & Son’s preferred flooring supplier and installer, we’ve worked together on many successful projects over the years, combining quality craftsmanship with attention to detail from start to finish.
Most recently, we were delighted to complete flooring installations for nine stunning new-build homes in Seaford, a development that perfectly demonstrates the impact flooring can have on the finished look and feel of a property.
For the main living areas, the homes were fitted with Karndean Knight Tile Rigid Core in Washed Character Oak, a beautiful luxury vinyl flooring choice that combines the natural appearance of timber with the durability and practicality modern homeowner’s demand. The warm oak tones provide a timeless foundation that complements a wide range of interior styles.
Throughout the bedrooms, stairs and landings, we installed Cormar Carpets Primo Textures in Chalice, creating a soft, comfortable and welcoming finish. Cormar’s reputation for quality and durability makes it an excellent choice for busy family homes, while the subtle neutral tone works beautifully with contemporary interiors.
The bathrooms and en suites were completed using Titanium Vinyl 919M, offering a practical, hard-wearing and attractive flooring solution ideally suited to moisture-prone environments.
Another recent project saw us install the beautiful Karndean Knight Tile Pale Limed Oak, finished with an elegant pinstripe border that added a sophisticated finishing touch to a stunning new build. The combination of quality construction from Greve & Son and carefully selected flooring created a home that is both stylish and practical for modern living.
